Complete gut and remodel laboratory-office, chilled water and hydronic heating central plants, custom air handlers and induced flow laboratory exhaust fans, all new building management system, compressed gases, DI water, acid-resistant industrial waste.
The project was completed in Revit and went through BIM clash detection with the GC and subcontractors.
